2. Your e-mail address
3. Your mailing address
4. Your choice of fabric
5. Your dogs name as you would like it embroidered.
Shipping is $2 in the us. Once I get your message, I will send you an invoice to your e-mail with your total.
Most of the time bandannas can ship within about 2 business days.
