My Baby Toby is so funny, smart and changes his mind from day to day!
But, he can always make me smile
Frieda & Abby are my special girls. I have had Frieda for 4 1/2 yrs.
After my youngest son moved out I needed another “baby”. So, we got
Abby! Frieda is still the queen but we love them both the same. They
are my constant shadows when I am home. I just couldn’t imagine our
lives without them!
Corby is a happy dog :-). He likes to play all the time. He sleeps all
day long and playful at night when we’re about to sleep 🙂 He likes
chicken meat and chicken liver.
“Sweet Pea was very tiny when she was born. At 2 weeks old she
aspirated her mothers milk and developed respiratory problems. I had
to feed her through a dropper every 2 hours. She went to the vet every
other day to get steroid shots. She took a turn for the worse. The vet
told me she would not make it through the night. I prayed over her,
cried , said my goodbyes and placed her in her white basket with her
heating pad and waited. I fell asleep by her basket and when I woke up
she was doing better!!!! I couldn’t believe it! Today she is in GREAT
health, thriving little Sweet Pea! We have such a bond..with almost
losing her and all. I never knew I could be so close to a dog like I
am her. She just turned one year old March 30. As just to think the
Vet told me she wouldn’t make it!

Here is the Dog of The Day:
babygirl is 8 yrs old and she is the love of my life. she loves to play in
my flower beds and hide in my ivy that grows around my tree. she enjoys to
be groomed and prances around after grooming like shes a queen. i got her
a play mate a year ago which is also a shih tzu and she loves him. but she
is still the boss.

“Meet Macy. She is our 8 week old Blk Lab/Shepherd puppy we adopted from PAWS last week. Macy’s mother was rescued from a kill shelter while pregnant with her pups. The mother was able to give birth to her pups and all were posted for adoption through the PAWS website. At the same time our family was anxiously looking for a Black Lab pup to add to our family. As fate should have it, we found Macy on the website and applied for adoption immediately. Our adoption was accepted and we received Macy 1 week later. We feel truly blessed to have Macy in our lives. She already has brought much joy to our home this past week,and we are sure she will continue to bring that joy to us for many years to come.”
“Bella and I first met on Christmas Eve, 2011. I had never had a dog
before and didn’t want one but there was something about Bella that
took my breath away.
She has been a life saver for me as I have gone through medical issues
and the death of my fiance. I honestly don’t know what I would do
without her. She makes me laugh so much – definitely good for my
health.
“Einstein’s color is chocolate while Ashley’s color is black and tan.They are my bestfriend at home .My Dog Ashley is a female.She loves to rest at home while laying down beside a person and she loves to hide under a table.But the male chihuahua Einstein is super energetic everyday and very playful.He wants to have lots of friends and play with them everyday but when you don’t mind him the whole day he’ll be very lonely and he’ll feel that no one wants to play with him.He loves to kiss everyone in the lips and he acts like a baby.:)”
This is my Best Buddy Akiva. He turned 10 years old today. He had a very nice day. As many of you know He’s been ill with an auto-immune disease for over a year now and he can’t walk anymore, but we make the best of everything.

“I have two dogs: Dolce and Gioia. They are very nice and playful, which more they like is to go to the street, only listening the word ”street” they start jumping and they are really happy. They like to play attacking themselves and I love when they wake me up every morning.”
“My Little Sparkle, where oh where do I begin? Sparkle was my 15th birthday present, I received her from a family member when she was 3 and the two of us have been inseparable every since. Sparkle the diva loves jewelry (hence the name Sparkle) if you’re missing a necklace, bracelet, ring etc… check Sparkles bed odds are she has it hidden somewhere in there (she’s so sneaky)!!! I remember when my parents went to Jamaica , my dad brought back a shark tooth necklace and left it sitting on the table and sparkle ate it , my dad was so angry but it didn’t last long I mean how could you possibly stay mad at a Shih Tzu? Impossible right? My Sparkle is quite the performer, she break dances whenever she gets excited or just feeling silly; she will roll over on her back and break dance for us. Her favorite song to dance to is pretty much anything by Beyonce’ lol we are both huge fans! Sparkle is also a big fan of treats, any kind of treat, she will dance for them, and it’s pretty funny actually. Last year my family and I almost lost our little Sparkle, she was terribly sick and had low blood sugar, we thought that we were going to have to say goodbye but miraculously she survived and was back to her normal jewel stealing, dog treat eating , break dancing self! These days sparkle spends her time at the dog park playing with her new sister, and 2 year old boxer named Queenie they get along great! We are looking forward to spending may more years with our funny silly little fur ball of joy!”
“Buddy was an off the street stray at around 6 to 8 months old. He had a lot of bad habits as you can guess witch we worked out of him with a lot of love and a lot of treats. He loves his squeaky plush toys and his small tennis balls. He loves to be on anyone’s lap and will sleep there for hours on end. And he was with me when I was very sick through a kidney disorder.”

”Chloe or Baby as we call her gives us sooo much joy since he came into our lives last November 31, 2011. she is our stress buster, adorable, very sweet, spoiled and kinda stubborn (at times) baby shih tzu. He loves going out with us on our family bonding weekends or attend some pet events with us but not always because im busy sometimes. Riding in the car and watching through the window is something he likes so much too.And alwas wants to play with other people and dogs and loves to play with her toys.”
“Sonny was the ugly duckling and turned into a beautiful loyal friend. He does everything with us and he watches everywhere we go. My husband says he’s my shadow. Even when I try to read the paper it’s impossible; as he will sit right on top of it. While it’s in my lap. He will rub his face all over our bed,bring his dolls and chews on it. Sonny thinks it is his personal bed.”

“My name is Roxy,I will be 3 years old on May 12, 2012. A lot of people think I’m still just a puppy hehe.. I have a stroller and bouncy seat that are my favorite nap spots. My weight is suppose to be 8-lbs but my belly is a little bigger than that, I weigh 13-lbs from all the yummy treats I love and snacks I steal when mommy leaves the chair out. I have 2 brothers Wiggles is 3 years old and Max is a rescue about 6 years old, they are the best.”
“Sophie is the newest member to our family. Sophie has 2 sisters, Bailey a Yorkie mix, Little Bit, a Shih Tzu and a big brother, Rudy, who is a Pit/Boxer mix. Sophie is quickly becoming our Alpha dog, so much personality.”
