    greetings

    hello everyone,well...id like to start off telling you a little about my wonderful dog,Loki.he is a border collie australian shepherd mix and will be 2 years old (my how time seems to fly).Loki and 3 other of his sibling were found in a ditch on a sunday on a august day in Geneva,Indiana on a country road in front of a Amish school(what a convienent place to dump them).i was unable to keep them all but Loki seemed to melt my heart the moment i picked him up.<3.we took the others to a area pound.and found out that they ALL had been adopted out within that very week!Loki is a very intelligant dog,since the moment i brought him home.he was housebroken at around 10 weeks old!he would actually go to the door and sit until i took him out.and was crate trained very easy.alls i can say that his puppy stages were all positive moments.he was not a destructive puppy.we gave him big ole bones from day 1 from the butcher.so he never had a desire to chew on anything he wasnt supposed too.and could walk on a leash at a very young age.he has become my best friend,and asked if i would take a million dollars for him my answer would definitly be a big NO!they can have the million dollars id rather have my dog anyday<3

    Hi Jen & Loki!

    Welcome, it's great to hear your story and to have you here. I love your story about how you saved Loki and his siblings.

    Loki sounds like a wonderful companion. I love my dogs dearly also.

    My boys Akiva and Vasco have always been good about chewing on only their toys / chews. They really like bully sticks and moo tubes. I wouldn't trade my dogs for anything either.

    Thanks again for joining us, do you have any photos of Loki you can share with us?

    Jamie

    Re: greetings

    Hello;

    I hope you and Loki are doing well and enjoying the summer. It's raining today and forecast to rain much of the next week. The dogs really don't like the rain and don't even want to go outside when it is wet. We are just hanging out inside, and the boys seem just as happy with that. :-)
