Fish oil choices:

I have used the Grizzly brand of liquid fish oil quite a bit. Their web site is:

You can purchase it from local pet stores, Amazon or other online retailers. The best price I have found on Grizzly is from Kvvet. Note: I have no affiliation with Kvvet other than being a happy customer that has purchased from them many times.

In the pill form, which is what I am currently using with my dogs, I use Nordic Naturals. One of the reasons I give my dogs fish oil is to help with their allergies; I believe my dogs do a little better on the Nordic Naturals gel caps than they do on the oil from the pump. The Nordic Naturals product is a premium fish oil (third party tested, all around high quality) from a company with an excellent reputation.

Nordic Naturals can be purchased from quite a few different pet supply stores and catalogs. I've not found a large price difference between stores on the Nordic Naturals products.

For my Shih tzu that weigh around 15 pounds each, I give them 2 gel caps per day. If I give the oil from the pump, then I would give about 2 pumps per day with food.

Barlean's is another top quality fish oil company:

Their product for pets is a flax seed product; many people report more benefit with using a fish oil directly instead of a flax seed oil. Barlean's does sell liquid fish oil, but they don't directly label it for pet use.

You can also pick up fish oil from local stores like Walgreens, Sams Club, or even Walmart. These store bought / generic supplements are likely just fine, I personally just feel more comfortable if I know the company that is making the fish oil product and the standards they adhere to.
